Procurement - national collaborative: service enhancement plan March 2025
This plan sets out the vision to improve end-to-end customer service to increase usage of current procurement frameworks and deliver even more savings, as well as identifying areas of potential growth.
Enabling success
The engagement and commitment to changes from staff, customers, CoEs and wider stakeholders will be critical to our success
- Access to the right resources at the right time will be essential. This will include a suitably qualified programme and project manager and also ongoing engagement with the customer UIG
- Implementation will be evidence and impact based to ensure we utilise our resources in the right areas to deliver maximum value
- Dependencies across the SPPD operating model, the collaborative procurement ecosystem and the wider Scottish model for public procurement will be highlighted to allow for appropriate connections and decision making
