Procurement - national collaborative: service enhancement plan March 2025
This plan sets out the vision to improve end-to-end customer service to increase usage of current procurement frameworks and deliver even more savings, as well as identifying areas of potential growth.
Oversight and governance arrangements
Internally focused improvements will be carried out within the NCPD scope of business and internal governance arrangements, at little or no cost.

Business cases will be developed for any recommendations which carry a cost and are higher in complexity. These will be subject to an impact analysis. Where there will be an impact on the wider public procurement landscape, the business case and impact analysis will be submitted to the Public Procurement Group (PPG) for consideration.
