Description
Funding to enable preparation for implementation of Part 2 of the Land Reform (Scotland) Act 2025.
Purpose
This funding will enable outsourcing the development of Codes of Practice and the development of the Model Lease for Environmental Purposes. There are 8 topics in the Act which require Codes of Practice for small landholdings as well as for agricultural holdings, guidance and templates to be created for them.
