Appeals
An appeal is when someone asks for a decision to be changed.
People wanted appeals of Parole Board decisions.
Most people said the person in custody should be able to appeal but the victim should not.
People did not want too many Parole Board decisions being appealed. They thought this would slow things down and cost money.
