Equality duty - mainstreaming report 2023-2025: summary - easy read
Provides an update on the progress we are making to mainstream the equality duty as an employer and decision-maker. It also provides reflection on our progress towards achieving our equality outcomes for the 2021 to 2025 reporting period.
Conclusion
The Scottish Government has made good progress in mainstreaming equality. But there is still work to be done, and we need to keep learning and changing.
By strengthening leadership, being more open about what we do, and involving people with lived experience, we will continue working towards a fairer, more inclusive Scotland.
