Equality duty - mainstreaming report 2023-2025: summary - easy read
Provides an update on the progress we are making to mainstream the equality duty as an employer and decision-maker. It also provides reflection on our progress towards achieving our equality outcomes for the 2021 to 2025 reporting period.
Other Mainstreaming Work

These are some other areas of work where mainstreaming has been successful:

- We continue to develop our diversity and inclusion training, guidance, tools, and resources for our staff.

- We have established an Equality and Human Rights Senior Leadership Group. This makes sure that equality and human rights are part of all our work.

- We published the Hate Crime Strategy Delivery Plan. This aims to give better support for victims and stop hate crime. Part of this was the Hate Crime and Public Order (Scotland) Act 2021 which came into force on 1 April 2024.
