Where centres did not provide information in relation to a child's home language, additional support needs or whether the child had a Coordinated Support Plan, information from 2009 has been carried forward to 2010 (where possible).
All figures are rounded to the nearest 10 to express the uncertainty inherent in these estimates. For this reason, totals may not exactly equal the sum of their parts.
