Property Data Standard for InSite
This standard sets mandatory requirements for managing property and land data in InSite, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and transparency. It supports collaboration and strategic planning through common data governance and validation for organisations subject to SPFM.
8. Mandatory Data Set
The data fields below are mandatory per this data standard for all bodies covered by the SPFM when a new record is added and maintained thereafter. Your data set within InSite should be updated and / or validated to reflect these requirements.
The Mandatory Data Set outlines the overarching Section within InSite to be updated (e.g. Property) followed by the Location of the data field within that section (e.g. Reference) and the Data field(s) name in each section (e.g. Organisation).
