13.1.1 Location of data field / Data field(s) name: Information / Annual rent, Start Date, Expiry Date, Landlord, Repair Liability
13.1.2 Location of data field / Data field(s) name: Lease breaks (Lease break in place – where this is ‘yes’ the following data fields should be completed) / Earliest break date, Actual break date, Last break date, Break notice term, Break penalty
