Property Data Standard for InSite
This standard sets mandatory requirements for managing property and land data in InSite, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and transparency. It supports collaboration and strategic planning through common data governance and validation for organisations subject to SPFM.
5. InSite Property Data Structure
5.1 Property being any land and / or buildings which have an address and / or geolocation data.
5.2 Buildings being any buildings and / or land in association to the Property e.g. if a property has one building add one building record, if a property has one building and one land parcel add one record for each, etc.
5.3 Contract being the contractual position of the property i.e. refers to ownership and can be freehold or leasehold.
5.4 Occupation being a MOTO, MOTU or sublet agreement under a main lease.
