They gather stories, views, examples and evidence to understand the real issues.
Evidence is information that proves something is true.
They share what they learn with the Government and suggest changes.
In this report the suggested changes are called Calls to Action.
The Empowering Women Panel is a group of women from different backgrounds who have experienced inequality.
Their stories helped the Advisory Council understand real life problems.
