10. Forward Look
While we have made great progress, as can be seen from this document, there is still much to be done. The following provides some of our future priorities:
- Increased stakeholder engagement, including with the SSE SRO, and newsletter to keep everyone informed of progress.
- Continue to focus on improving the property data held on our system, with ongoing accuracy of data and its analysis.
- Progress current Location Based Review work through to decisions, including for Edinburgh, Perth and Inverness, and plan for next ones.
- Progress Phase 2 of Glasgow Office Project through to planning decisions.
- Develop a Location Based Review toolkit to allow any stakeholder to progress a project that is consistent with the SSE approach.
- Increasing engagement and communication activities, with wider collaboration across the public sector.
- A further gateway review to consider progress and refine improvements.
- Next iterations of Programme Impact Assessments.
