Financial support marketing campaign 2021-2022: evaluation report – August 2022

An overview of the financial support marketing campaign which ran from 29 November 2021 to 20 March 2022, including independent evaluation results.

2. SMART Objectives

SMART objectives were set for the campaign to be achieved by March 2022. Targets were set overall and for each phase, focused on evaluating the impact on that target audience. Objectives measured campaign recall, perceived supportiveness of the campaign, relevance, clarity of messages, understanding of support available and action taken in response to the campaign.
