This report presents findings of an independent evaluation into the impact of Scottish Government funding, as allocated to NHS Health Boards, to implement local work to improve access to, and delivery of, gender identity services. The evaluation covers period between December 2022 and August 2024.

- We’re looking to map the delivery of services in each local healthcare system. Which organisations are involved in delivering gender identity healthcare services in your local Health Board? (i.e. clinics, referring organisations, organisations referred to, other partner orgs, patient support organisations.)
- How closely do you work with partner organisations? For instance, how often do you meet? How would you describe working relations with partners?
- What are the challenges and enablers to working in partnership?
- Could you give me an overview of what gender identity healthcare services are offered in your Health Board, and how they are delivered?
- Do you think the delivery of services in your local system differs from other Health Boards in Scotland?
- Do you have regular contact with other clinics in Scotland?
- Has the delivery of services changed with Scottish Government funding? How so?

- What has been the impact of Scottish Government funding on the patient experience and their health outcomes?
- What has been the impact of SG funding on staff satisfaction and wellbeing?
