This report presents findings of an independent evaluation into the impact of Scottish Government funding, as allocated to NHS Health Boards, to implement local work to improve access to, and delivery of, gender identity services. The evaluation covers period between December 2022 and August 2024.

Study Focus

This research is part of a service evaluation of gender identity healthcare services. The aim is to study the impact of funding provided by the Scottish Government to improve access to, and delivery of, these services. This is an independent evaluation, which has been commissioned by the Scottish Government.

Right to withdraw data

Anonymised data may be included in our final report, which we will submit to the Scottish Government at the end of this year. You may choose to withdraw the data you provided during your interview/focus group at any time up until 1 September 2024.
