A record of confirmed cases of bird flu in Scotland. The season is recorded from October to September each year.

Incidents of highly pathogenic avian influenza (HPAI) H5N1 were confirmed at premises in the following areas:
Near Penicuik, Midlothian (AIV 2026/13) on 12 February 2026, with restrictions lifted on 9 March 2026.
Near Penicuik, Scottish Borders (AIV 2026/11) on 24 January 2026, with restrictions lifted on 16 March 2026.
Near Penicuik, Scottish Borders (AIV 2026/06) on 15 January 2026, with restrictions lifted on 16 March 2026.
Near Penicuik, Scottish Borders (AIV 2026/04) on 11 January 2026, with restrictions lifted on 16 March 2026.
Near Blairgowrie, Perth and Kinross (AIV 2026/01) on 5 January 2026, with restrictions lifted on 9 February 2026.
Near Penicuik, Scottish Borders (AIV 2025/134) on 24 December 2025, with restrictions lifted on 16 March 2026
