This partial business and regulatory impact assessment (BRIA) aims to identify the benefits and impact of the proposed designations and de-designations on affected groups in Scotland.
3. Intended outcomes
The intended outcome of a review of SWPA designations is to ensure SWPAs continue to ensure the protection and sustainable development of economically significant shellfish production.
