Shellfish WatProtected area designations - amending proposals: partial business and regulatory impact assessment
This partial business and regulatory impact assessment (BRIA) aims to identify the benefits and impact of the proposed designations and de-designations on affected groups in Scotland.
12. Digital impact
It is unlikely that there are any digital impacts of these proposals. There is unlikely to be implications for the proposed SWPA from changing digital technologies or digital markets.
We will continue to consider how we communicate the boundaries of SWPAs, which is currently online only, with information available from the Scottish Government and SEPA websites. Although we are not aware of stakeholders having raised any concerns about this.
