This partial business and regulatory impact assessment (BRIA) aims to identify the benefits and impact of the proposed designations and de-designations on affected groups in Scotland.
13. Business forms
The policy proposals will not result in additional business forms. SEPA does monitor SWPAs, however, SEPA work with Food Standard Scotland to utilise existing reporting requirements, preventing any additional burden on businesses.
