Appendix D: Workforce Wellbeing Driver Diagram

This diagram sets out that health and wellbeing is critical for all those affected by psychological trauma who use or work in/with maternity services and needs to be improved. It sets out the steps that need to be taken (including primary and secondary drivers and a number of key change ideas) to achieve that overarching aim. It highlights a range of proactive measures such as supervision provision to enhance staff support and wellbeing.
