We will use this consultation to guide plans for Adult Disability Payment. The Scottish Commission on Social Security (SCoSS) will look at the rules before they go to the Scottish Parliament.

We will continue to talk about Adult Disability Payment with groups and the Experience Panels. The Experience Panels are made up of people who have had direct experience of Scottish benefits.

We will also keep doing user research to make sure every part of the Adult Disability Payment has been tested with people who have experience of the social security system.
