Errata / Addenda
An addenda was published on 19 September 2023, this is a new chapter covering the Chapter 19 - Construction Capability Assessment Tool - the new chapter is at pages 121 to 125 of the PDF. The HTML and PDF have been updated to reflect these changes.
An errata was published on 6 September 2023 as a result of general presentational changes on PDF to Chapters 1, 3, 4, 7, 9, 14, and 18. The HTML and PDF have been updated to reflect these changes.
An addenda was published on 23 December 2022, this is a new Chapter 18 covering sustainability in construction projects - the new chapter is at pages 101 to 116 of the pdf. The HTML and PDF have been updated to reflect these changes.
An addenda was published on 20 December 2022 as a result of a new Chapter 17 - Retention in construction contracts on PDF pages 91 to 100.
An addenda was published on 11 November 2022, this is a new chapter covering the management of change in construction projects the new chapter is at pages 76 to 89 of the pdf.
An errata was published on 8 June 2022 as a result of changes on paragraph 2.1 of chapter 9 to reflect SPPN 2/2022.
An errata was published on 28 August 2020 as a result of changes on PDF pages 3-5 to Chapter 14. The changes made were references to chapter 3 of the Construction Phase Handbook and minor changes to the bullet point formatting in Annex A.
