Introduction 

This publication presents data for land area farmed organically, crop areas, livestock numbers, and numbers of organic producers and processors in Scotland between 2018 and 2025.  

Data are held by eight approved organic control bodies and are sent to the Department for Food and Rural Affairs (Defra) who produce UK-wide statistics annually. This publication presents more detailed statistics for Scotland.
