Ministerial Accountability Board Final Report Easy Read version
This report outlines how the Ministerial Accountability Board oversaw progress on 43 recommendations and actions arising from three Fatal Accident Inquiries of deaths in prison custody.
Changes made
There were 43 recommended changes. Most for the prison service, some for Forth Valley NHS and some for the Scottish Government.
- 12 of the changes have been completed
- 7 are being worked on and are nearly done
- 20 are going well but need work
- 4 are difficult and need attention now
