MyCare.scot: national rollout - high-level summary
National rollout plan for MyCare.scot. This is a high level summary of the planned approach to the rollout of the health and social care online service.
Our mission
Everyone in Scotland to have a single, secure point of access to their health and social care information – wherever they live, whatever their needs. Information is clear, consistent and available – and their data will be in their hands so they can make confident, informed decisions about their care. That data is protected with the same care as the service helps to deliver. Services will be simpler to navigate, more connected, and designed around people and the needs they have. MyCare will not replace existing channels but complement them. It will also help to address wider system pressures and support wider transformation.
From islands, highlands, cities and borders, to home, care or hospital – MyCare is Scotland’s single, trusted digital front door to health and social care.
