Education reform: evaluation strategy 2026 - 2034
This evaluation strategy sets out how the process and impact of the Education Reform Programme will be evaluated over 2026 to 2034 and how progress towards the short, medium and long term outcomes will be reported.
7. Budget and resources
The evaluation project will be delivered by independent members of the Government Social Research Profession within the Learning Analysis Unit to reduce the need for additional funding. The project budget will be dependent on whether there is requirement for primary research not covered by other data collection agencies. It is currently uncertain whether any external commission will be required. This will be reviewed as the project is more fully developed.
