Common Agricultural Policy: beneficiary publication guidance
The guidance outlines the data protection principles and requirements for all parties involved in processing personal data to publish data of Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) scheme beneficiaries on the Scottish web site as already happens at present under the existing UK Scheme .

- Publication is subject to GDPR
- Beneficiaries are informed in advance on application forms that their data will be published.
- Use of the data for marketing or commercial purposes is explicitly prohibited.
