Common Agricultural Policy: beneficiary publication guidance
The guidance outlines the data protection principles and requirements for all parties involved in processing personal data to publish data of Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) scheme beneficiaries on the Scottish web site as already happens at present under the existing UK Scheme .
4. Timing and Duration
Data will be published annually, by 30 June of the year following the financial year end.
It will remain publicly accessible for two years from the date of publication.
