15. Financial Arrangements

15.1 DWP will recharge Scottish Ministers agreed costs associated with the delivery of the Services. The agreed financial arrangements and costs are contained in the 'Scottish Devolution: Financial Arrangements for Formal Agreements and Financial Summary to support the Funeral Support Payment Service Level Agreement between Department for Work and Pensions and Scottish Ministers' as referenced, in Section 4 (Derivation) of this Agreement.
