6. What changes (if any) have been made to the proposal as a result of this assessment?
Understanding the wants of children in Scotland from the Children’s Parliament call to action, viewpoints of participants in stakeholder workshops and academic literature helped to form the theory of change within the PES and the move towards the ‘Understand’, ‘Motivation’ and ‘Voice’ objectives. It also highlighted the need for a stronger monitoring and evaluation framework.
This assessment will continue to be used to inform delivery.
