3 Acknowledgements
This report is the outcome of the close working of a small team comprising; RNOH/GIRFT team and the Clinical Lead, Martin Allen. Martin would like to thank the RNOH/GIRFT Project Manager, Gill Salter, for her organisation and coordination of the project, and Allison Beal, RNOH/GIRFT Programme Manager, for overseeing the delivery of the review.
The detailed analysis of a multiplicity of data items and data pack development was performed by Edge Health’s Yammi Yip and Emily Zhai and overseen by Jon Bruce.
The development of the survey was hugely supported by clinical colleagues from the Scottish Health Protection TB Multi-disciplinary Network whom we thank for their input. Last but by no means least, I want to thank colleagues within the Scottish Government’s Population Health team, Graeme Hunter and Charles Laing and colleagues within the Public Health Scotland Bacterial respiratory Team, Eisin McDonald.
