7. Data and Evidence

A wide range of official data and evidence was reviewed to support the impact assessment screening of the phase two deliverables, to ensure that our screening was robust. A summary of this information can be found in Annex C.

Please note that the stakeholder responsible for leading on each deliverable is also responsible for the relevant impact assessment. Therefore, the section below provides information on the impact screening for each phase two deliverable for which the Scottish Government is leading.
