Executive summary
An evidence review and analysis of protected characteristics (age, disability, sex, pregnancy & maternity, gender reassignment, marriage and civil partnership, sexual orientation, race, religion/belief) was conducted to assess the potential impact of the Scottish Learning and Improvement Framework for Adult Social Care Support and Community Health (SLIF) against the three Public Sector Equality Duty (PSED) needs:
1. Eliminating unlawful discrimination, harassment, and victimisation
2. Advancing equality of opportunity
3. Promoting good relations
