Trafficking and Exploitation Strategy 2025: equality impact assessment

Equality impact assessment for Scotland’s Trafficking and Exploitation Strategy 2025.

Monitoring and Review

The Strategy will be reviewed at least every three years in line with section 36 of the Human Trafficking and Exploitation (Scotland) Act 2015.

Following publication of the Strategy, we will work with partners to produce a Delivery Plan which will set out the specific actions required to meet the Strategy outcomes. This will include the development of measures and indicators to assess the impact of any interventions.

As part of the Delivery Plan process, we will agree the regular reporting requirements on Strategy implementation within the three-year review window.
