Analysis of responses to a public consultation which sought views on guidance that outlines support available to adult victims of human trafficking and exploitation in Scotland.
1. Introduction
This report summarises the main points made in the responses received to the public consultation which opened on 25 March and closed on 30 June 2026. 43 responses were received, 37 submitted via the Citizen’s Space portal and 6 via email to the Scottish Government. Responses can be viewed in full on Citizen Space, where permission to publish was given.
