Citizens' Jury on QCovid: Report on the jury's conclusions and key findings

Ipsos Scotland was commissioned to conduct a Citizens' Jury exploring views on QCovid®. QCovid® is a risk model developed to identify people at the highest risk of death or a poor outcome should they catch Covid-19. This report documents the Citizens' Jury process and findings.

Ipsos Scotland would like to thank participants for giving up their time and engaging with such dedication throughout the process. We also thank Sarah Cunningham-Burley, whose expertise helped to shape the methodology and identify suitable expert speakers; the QCovid Ethics Panel for their input into making the process effective, relevant and accessible; the expert speakers who gave up their time to contribute their knowledge and answer participants' questions; and the Scottish Government who commissioned the project and worked with us to develop the design and materials.
