1st non-engagement
Action – bail supervisor investigates and discusses with line manager
If acceptable non-engagement
- proceed to in-person discussion and adjustment of management plan if required
- proceed to – continue with bail supervision
- stop
If not acceptable non-engagement
- proceed to 1st written warning issued via recorded delivery and recorded in case file
- proceed to in-person discussion and adjustment of management plan if required
- proceed to – continue with bail supervision
- stop

2nd non-engagement
Action – bail supervisor investigates and discusses with line manager
If acceptable non-engagement,
- proceed to in-person discussion and adjustment of management plan if required

- proceed to breach report submitted to Police Scotland for investigation
- proceed to individual informed where appropriate and recorded in case file
- proceed to await outcome and maintain contact with the individual in the interim
