Attainment Scotland Fund (ASF) Evaluation Summative report, 2026
The summative report is the final output of the Attainment Scotland Fund Evaluation Strategy 2022-26. It brings together both quantitative and qualitative evidence to report on progress towards the short, medium and long term outcomes of the Scottish Attainment Challenge.
Annex 2: 2025 SAC Leads Survey: methodological information
This report contains evidence from the 2025 SAC Leads Survey. SAC Leads are local government officers in a lead role supporting strategic planning for the SAC. The survey was live between 5 November 2025 and 10 December 2025. There were 28 responses from 32 local authorities, which constitutes a 88% response rate. The survey was issued electronically and responses provided anonymously.
