Not all of the 19 employers were able to participate extensively in the workstreams and carry out substantial activities. This was largely due to time constraints and the limited time we had to work with them. For example, one of the employers (a recruitment consultancy) wanted to undertake a Digital Access Review but it took too much time to get approval from senior management, and we could not schedule it by the end of the project.
All the employers did participate in some project activities such as completing the self-assessment or sending staff to some of the training courses we had organised.
