Overview
The Research Innovation and Relationships Sub-Group will take forward specific actions identified by the National Strategic Oversight Group, specifically to explore issues around this theme. The outputs of this group will be used to form recommendations for the Allied Health Professions (AHP) Education and Workforce Policy Review.
The Programme for Government 2021 made a commitment to review AHP education in 2022. The aim of the review was to consider whether or not policy for AHP education provision is congruent to the current and future needs of our students and the future health needs of the people of Scotland.
The Research Innovation and Relationships Sub-Group will take forward specific actions identified by the Oversight Group, specifically to explore issues around this theme. The outputs of this group will be used to form recommendations for the AHP Education and Workforce Policy Review.
