Around 67,000 people are employed in the agricultural sector in Scotland, according to the latest statistics published in Agriculture Facts and Figures 2018 which details the value of agriculture to the Scottish economy.
We are encouraging diversity and change in the farming and agriculture sectors because we want it to be representative of modern, Scottish society.
