This report presents management information for Scotland’s Cladding Remediation Programme to provide an indication of progress.

Scottish Government funding for Single Building Assessments
As at 30 June 2026, the Cladding Remediation Programme had provided Local Authorities with funding to carry out Single Building Assessments (SBAs) in relation to 376 expressions of interest. This funding was transferred to Local Authorities in January and March 2026 and has therefore not changed since 31 March 2026. As at 30 June 2026, the Programme had also issued offers of funding to Registered Social Landlords and factors or property managers in relation to a further 138 and 12 expressions of interest respectively. Some expressions of interest relate to buildings that are very close to 11m in height and may therefore be subject to more precise height checks prior to an SBA starting.
