As at 30 June 2026, five initial developer data returns had been received, so the information in this section reports on these five developers.
As at 30 June 2026, Persimmon, Taylor Wimpey, Barrat Redrow, Miller Homes and Bellway had reported that they were responsible for a total of 122 buildings, of which 36 were 18m or over in height. As at 30 June 2026, SBAs were underway for a quarter of the buildings (31), with Bellway Homes being responsible for over half of these SBAs (17) (table 1).

As at 30 June 2026, one Single Building Assessment (SBA) had been completed, for a Persimmon building. The completed SBA identified recommendations for remediation work, and remediation work had started. Remediation work by Persimmon had also started for one building where the SBA was still underway.
