- initiated collaborative work between management information and policy colleagues to capture and analyse third sector information in Public Contracts Scotland (PCS), ensuring support and guidance remains relevant and proportionate
- are analysing PCS data around SMEs and third sector organisations to support buyer engagement
- are developing local spend analytics tools within the Management Information (MI) Platform Scotland to help Scottish public procurement identify local spend opportunities
- are working with the Supplier Development Programme (SDP) to create MI dashboards that track training success against contract awards
- are procuring a source to contract solution, with procurement strategy to be completed by September 2025
- are engaging with key stakeholders, including supplier sessions with SDP colleagues where suppliers can learn about our approach and progress with source to contract procurement
