What changed and why

At the time of the Commitment’s co-creation, plans for a centre of expertise were being made. These have not developed as intended, and there is not a clear entity which could take on this work.

Where we are now

Aspects of this objective are relevant to ongoing work to deliver training and resources to Scottish Government staff (Objectives 1 and 2), but there is no other clear route for progressing this. It is proposed that Objective 5 is closed.
