6. Final Fisheries Management Measures

The Scottish Government has considered the best available scientific advice and evidence, alongside other relevant factors, including the wider environmental and socio-economic impacts of the measures. This approach reflects the need to manage risks to achieving conservation objectives for MPAs, and ensures that decision making remains reasonable, proportionate and non-discriminatory.
