What we learned

At the sessions, people told us:

  • It’s hard to find clear information about how to complain.

  • People worry that complaining will make no difference or it will impact their support or relationships with employers.

At the sessions, people told us:

  • People find it hard to complain when they have other stresses, like lack of time or caring responsibilities.

At the sessions, people told us:

  • Complaints involving multiple services are extra work and mean repeating your story a lot.
