Co-design sessions
The Scottish Government held 8 co-design sessions on the complaints process in 2025 and 2026.
People from across Scotland shared their experiences and thoughts. This included people from different backgrounds and communities.
These charities helped run the sessions:

- Deaf Blind Scotland
- Glasgow Disability Alliance
- Minority Ethnic Carers of People Project (MECOPP)
- Next Chapter
We had sessions online and in person to help more people take part.
