National Care Service Charter of Rights: Easy Read Co-design Agreeing Phase Report
This is an Easy Read translation of the agreeing phase report that sets out what we learned from the final phase of co-design of the National Care Service Charter of Rights. It includes insights which helped shape the final design and content of the Charter.
Co-design sessions
The co-design involved people who use and deliver social care, social work and community health services.
Stage 1
We showed people some of the Charter and asked their views. This included people who had not taken part before.
Stage 2
We asked people how the Charter looked and felt to read. We used draft versions of the Charter.
