This easy read report sets out findings we have gathered through research and co-design that relate to access and eligibility criteria.
What we learned
We learned that:
- we need to have clearer information about services and how to access them
- people are waiting too long to access support.
- people worry that support will not be available if they move
- focusing on eligibility criteria means that people are not always being treated with respect
- there needs to be better understanding of family and culture
